No queue at reception, no one waking you for breakfast. Once you turn the key, the house is yours: sleep when you like, cook what you like.

Both houses were lived in before we took them on. We kept the alcoves, the carved transoms, the stone lantern in the garden. We only changed what was missing for a large group to be comfortable. That is why staying here feels less like checking in, and more like coming home.

You are paying for the house, so the cost divides. Ten people pay far less each than four.

Three generationsLay futons side by side on the raised tatami and grandparents and grandchildren can sleep in one room. Start with the ground-floor Japanese rooms, which have fewer steps.
A weekend with friendsKokage has a permanent barbecue grill. Buy your food, light the coals, and the evening starts the day you arrive.
A day at the seaNagisa is a five-minute walk from the beach. Watch the sunrise, come back for breakfast. Surfers welcome.
Retreats, shoots, trainingThe hall and long table work for meetings too. Ask us about longer stays.

  2. 02Enter your detailsNo account needed. You will pass one quick human-verification check.
  3. 03PayPay online. Card details never pass through this site.
  4. 04Confirmation emailYour booking is confirmed the moment payment clears. We send the address and arrival details.

We hold the dates for 30 minutes after you book. If payment is not confirmed in that time, the dates are released automatically. Nothing is charged, and there is no cancellation fee, before payment.
