We collect the following when you book, enquire, or create an account.
Card numbers never pass through our servers. They are entered directly on the payment processor's page (Stripe) and we never hold them.
We do not disclose personal information to third parties without consent, except in the following cases.
The guest register is kept for three years from creation, as required by law.
Account information is kept until you ask us to close the account. Enquiry records are deleted once they are no longer needed.
We use a cookie to keep you logged in. It contains only signed session information — no name or email address.
Some forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated submissions. Your IP address is sent to Cloudflare for that check.
We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.
