- Cottage Choshi Hyakuri： ¥55,000from / per night（up to 8 guests）
- Umikaze-no-Yado Usami： ¥38,000from / per night（up to 6 guests）
- Charges other than the price
- Cleaning fee and charges for additional guests, both itemised on the booking screen. Internet charges and travel to the house are at the guest's expense.
- Payment methods
- Credit card and other online payment methods, processed by Stripe：クレジットカード・Alipay・WeChat Pay
- When payment is due
- In full, at the time the booking is completed.
- When the service is provided
- The service is provided on the booked dates. The booking is confirmed once payment is verified.
- Cancellation and refunds
- The following cancellation charges apply. Refunds are made through Stripe to the original payment method, and take a few business days.
- Up to 30 days before the stay: free
- 29–15 days before: 30% of the accommodation charge
- 14–8 days before: 50%
- 7 days to the day before: 80%
- On the day, or no-show without contact: 100%
